🎭 Writing under pseudonym

... is harder than you think.

It gives you more privacy and freedom. That feeling of anonymity. That feeling that you can do anything and it can't be connected to you (wrong, it can be). Nice, but is also a double-edged sword.

On one side is what I mentioned above (which is mostly good), on the other side is the possibility of losing yourself. You can literally be anyone.

You can hide what you don't like about yourself and improve what you do like about yourself or add something you might want to be.

There is a very thin line between authenticity and fiction and with all this, it is very difficult not to cross that line and stay authentic.
